Lumo is a free app kept by one person. Questions almost always find their answer here; if not, write, and you will get a reply.

The app cannot find my display.

First check that it really is running AWTRIX and not Ulanzi's own firmware: that is the most common cause. Then that it is on the same network as your Mac or phone — a guest network, or a 5 GHz band separated from the 2.4 GHz the display uses, will isolate it. Finally, the scan covers one subnet at a time: if yours is elsewhere, add the display by its IP address.

I have no display yet — can I try?

Yes. On the welcome screen, tap "Try the demo — no display needed". A demo display answers exactly like a real one, and the whole app becomes yours to explore.

How do I flash my Ulanzi TC001?

Plug it in over USB-C and open the official AWTRIX3 web flasher from Chrome or Edge. It takes five minutes and stays reversible: you can go back to the original firmware.

Where do my API keys go?

Into the system Keychain, never into the app's preferences. They are neither synchronised nor backed up to another device, and they disappear when you uninstall Lumo.

My connector shows an error.

The connector's card reports what the service answered. Check the data path in the response explorer: that is almost always where it breaks, the API having changed the shape of its response.
